4. Voluntary Contribution from Chapter Membership for the Term 2019-2020
The voluntary contribution scheme launched last year was a success and the Chapter received significant amounts from our General Membership.
5. Sri Lankan News & Events
The current Management Committee has planned to provide our readers with the news and events relevant to Engineering which took place in the recent past in Sri Lanka.
6. Olympics of Engineering was held from 20-22 November 2019 in Melbourne, Australia.
7. Grand challenges of engineering for the 21st Century
Engineers have solved many challenges and shaped everyday lives of the society. Innovation and problem solving is what engineers are good at. In the changing world of technologies and strained natural resources call for solution to multiple challenges the society is facing.
8. Evolution of Machine to Machine Communication
IESL NSW Chapter’s inaugural lecture for the term of 19/20 was delivered by Eng. Indaka Raigama (CEO & Co-Founder, iTelaSoft Pty Ltd.), on 13 November 2019 at the EA Auditorium, on “Evolution of M2M Communications”.
